WINTER 2017
Welcome Back!
Founded in 2012, The BottleHouse Brewery has grown into a 7-barrel brewhouse that focuses on small batch releases and continual innovation with old and new world styles. We take an artistic approach to bringing these hand crafted ales to our local community, opening dialogues to further educate ourselves and our patrons. 2014 saw the opening of The BottleHouse Meadery, which gave us an even broader field of fermentation to work in and experiment and where we have chosen to focus on unique ingredient combinations heavily favoring local products. Our passion for barrel-aging has led us down the path to mixed fermentations and the production of sour and wild beers. In 2016 we opened a second taproom in Lakewood that is dedicated to the production and aging of these unique ales and houses dozens of barrels in various stages of fermentation.
Our lineup of beers includes an ever rotating batch of one-off and seasonal experiments peppered with flagship offerings. Aroma and flavor forward hoppy ales, twists on classic lagers and European offerings with a strong Belgian lean, balanced and flavorful barrel aged imperials, sophisticated yet approachable meads, dry and complex ciders and an increasing number and variety of unique sours. Entering 2018 a large portion of both of our taplists will be dedicated to our barrel-aged sours as we strive to become an area leader in the production of these beers. Many of our products see limited runs of 1-300 bottles, available exclusively at our taprooms while supplies last.

-We support the fantastic efforts of local chefs like Saucisson and Larder as well as having utilized foraged ingredients with Jeremy Umansky

WINE & WHISKERS 2018
Make it a Mother's Day Event for your family!
A very fun evening with Cat lovers from all over the area joining us to raise money for our organization, which has helped save many cats from a uncertain future.
Our goal is simple, to help re socialize cats who have been in some precarious positions, or have been given to us from people who can no longer care for their cats. We assist the cats and get them the veterinarian care that they may need, introduce them to a community of cats who can help them regain a sense of community in a cage free environment, with lots of love and care giiven to them by our amazing volunteering staff. See the cats for adoption here.
Our past Wine and Whisker events have been such a blast! Raising money for a non profit who helps the cats and community by caring for cats while they wait for a new owner or family to bring them home.
Our event will offer a dinner along with a huge Basket Raffle (over 30 baskets), door prizes every 30 minutes, and sideboard drawings for a cash prize. The environment is happy and lots of wonderful people who support our efforts housing and loving the cats.
We can't continue these feats without the support of our community. We invite you to join us.
Our goal for this years benefit is $7000
Our Veterinarian bills have been high in the last year, but must pay these bills down. Tickets $30.00 per person 100% Tax deductible ![]() |
